{L}OVE THIS TIMELESS PIECE OF FURNITURE~~
It will go with every trend from A~Z.
The piece started with VERY good bones.  Solid oak!  It didn't need much work.  The quality is excellent.  The piece was prepped for refinishing by first sanding it down after a good bath.  Then painted with a primer and blk paint.  Distressing brought out all of the details.  The drawers where stripped to add a little bit of fancy smancy when you opened it up
(makes me smile when I see them). Glazed for added protection.  New hardware, too.
It's amazing!

SORRY....couldn't find the before.  I will and post it then.
DARN it, right?

HAPPY NEW YEAR

{Black} CoFfEe TaBLe

**SOLD**
$65
**This is a really nice piece.**
It would go with so many different home decors.
The straight edges are modern, yet the distressing is more country.  You can own this forever--it will go with your changing taste & style.
I know I'm not the only one that grows sick of the same old home decorations
and changes things up every 5 years or so, right???

The PROCESS:
I sanded it down before applying a primer mixed with black semi-gloss paint.  After a few coats and drying, I distressed on the edges and a little on the top.  After it cured, I glazed it with a semi-poly.  This piece was in really great shape when I found it, so the refinishing went quick and smooth.
It turned out {A}mazing!

The finished Piece:

The Dimensions of the TABLE are:
4'4" Long X 1'10" at the Widest X 1'6" Tall

{Black} RoCKinG ChAiR

SOLD!!!
$60
Bigger Chunky Rocker
This piece would be great on a porch.  It was a nice day today, and I couldn't help but sit outside and rock-a-bye my little girl in it for awhile.  After we click the pics.
We LoVeD iT!
This rocker would be {Darling} in a nursery too.

AFTER:

This is the last ROCKING CHAIR in my stash...so if you want it, get it now.  You never know when I am going to have another one available.

THE BEFORE:

Originally it had this scroll carved into it's headrest.  I filled it with putty and sanded it flush.  Easy breezie, problem solved.  After this step, I sanded the piece and applied the black paint.  Next, I sanded the edges here-n-there, and then added glaze over the entire piece.  Finally, sealing it with a semi-gloss poly.
